Utilities:

Residents pay water and electricity. The water is a flat fee; $19.50 for one person, $28.50 for two (Note: this is 30% less than the City of Columbus averages). You are billed for exact usage. 

Short Term Rental Rates and Information:

When units are available for short term,

• The rate is $45 more, per month, than the 1-year lease rate, but you will not be billed for water.
• The security deposit is equal to a month's rent.
