We process them manually so may not get to it the day you submit it, but regardless, we will post it for the day it was submitted. Please remember that rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments submitted or received on or after the 6th of the month are subject to late charges.

Residents
of any location may submit routine maintenance requests online. If you prefer to call, our Maintenance Department Message number is 614-774-6386.
For maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day, like broken water lines or no heat, call 735-9438.
