We are seeing more and more people whose credit/debit card issuer requires that the Security Code ("CSC" or "V-code" or "CID"...or a variety of other terms) be given for phone and internet transactions, as a security measure to help insure that the information is being given by the cardholder - physically in posession of the card.

Below is where the code appears on the credit cards we accept:

MasterCard, Visa and Discover (3-digits)

American Express (4-digits)
