Maintenance Request

Use this form to report maintenance issues.  We will come and resolve the issue anytime between now and a couple days. Despite that the Lease and Ohio law allow 30 days for maintenance issues to be resolved, we aim to stay within a couple days, so if your issue is not resolved within 4 days, please .

Reporting a maintenance request gives us permission to enter your apartment (if the issue is inside) if you are not home.  If you want to be present when the maintenance staff comes, do not use this form.  Instead, call the Maintenance Department at 614-344-4309 to let them know you'd like to schedule a time for them to come when you will be home.  Routine Maintenance can be scheduled for weekdays between 9am and 2pm.
